Custom daisy dress!

hand pleated skirting with large pleats and turquoise line painted on the bottom of the skirting. Second layer will be white skirting with chiffon ruffled trim to give the feather look! 

Please leave size in notes at check out.  Sizes are 12-24m up to 6 with separate bloomers and sizes 7-12 with no bloomers .
