5t all white pinafore

bodice will consist of white collar and red tie at the neckline.  Double lined ruffle straps with blue trim and gold Mickey shank buttons on the chest along with a red white and blue eco patch. 

skirting will consist of all white cotton and two blue curved lines as shown in the photo. 

Detached bloomers, needed for may 10th event!
